Cleanup on Aisle 3
Every run is a new store, a new disaster, and a chat-ready argument about which upgrade card to take.
Cleanup on Aisle 3 is an arcade management game about running an entire grocery store, alone or with a friend on the couch. It starts manageable. It does not stay that way, because every night you pick one of two upgrades, and the store gets bigger, busier and louder while the help stays exactly as useless as it was on day one.
This is not a relaxing cleaning game. Think PlateUp, but the kitchen is a supermarket and the ticket rush never stops.
Why stream it
Cleanup on Aisle 3 is a run-based grocery store game. Days are short (two to three minutes), so a session has a natural rhythm of calm setup, escalating chaos, and a scoreboard, which makes it easy to cut into clips. Between days you pick one of two upgrade cards, and chat will have opinions.
Good content angles
- Blind first run: the game explains itself in store 1, and the first firing usually lands around day 4 to 6, which is a complete arc in 20 minutes.
- Couch co-op: a second player joins on a free controller between days. Works with Steam Remote Play Together for a remote co-streamer.
- Card draft commentary: two cards per day, chat votes, you live with it.
- The campaign: seven stores, each with its own layout and its own problems, and corporate transfer memos along the way that are worth reading out loud.
Practical notes
- Full controller and keyboard support.
- A playthrough of the whole campaign is 3 to 4 hours; a single store is 30 to 45 minutes.
- No on-screen text smaller than a chat overlay would hide, and no jump scares, licensed music, or content that would trip DMCA.
