Crosstown is a top-down, early-80s-arcade-style action shooter where you run through a maze shooting monsters and collecting qreds. The edges of the maze loop, so be careful you don't accidentally shoot yourself in the back! Up to 4 players can join via local multiplayer, and you can play either cooperatively or competitively -- or your friend could suddenly become an enemy and shoot you in the back! If you don't shoot yourself in the back first, that is. Once a player collects 4 qreds, the game advances to the next level. The campaign mode features 40 levels, narrated by the mysterious and adversarial banking computer, PIGGY. Over a dozen different monsters lurk in the mazes, each with their own personalities; some of them hunt you, some of them hunt each other, some of them change the maze, and some of them seek out those elusive qreds!
