Game Background:

Imagine a mix of Parkour and The Running Man – that's the essence of our game. Navigate through challenging levels in a high-stakes, pretend game show run by the notorious Bad Bat.

Each level ramps up the difficulty, pushing your skills to the limit. Some levels are so tough, even we can't believe anyone will finish them! It takes strategic planning to conquer each stage. While some levels might seem quick in theory (30 seconds to a minute), in reality, they'll challenge you for 30 minutes or more.

Once you complete a level, you'll unlock SpeedRun mode, where you can time and share your runs. We're excited to see who the true masters are!

Meet the Developers:

Our game is the brainchild of four brilliant students from TUDublin, Ireland's premier game development college. What started as a 4th-year project has blossomed into a full-fledged game, thanks to our shared passion and hard work over the past year. We've poured our hearts into perfecting the game and designing those devilishly difficult levels.

I'm searching to find new rockstar developers. This is our first team launch - we have a few more under development.

Fun Fact: 30 years ago, I wrote the iconic Moonwalker video game for U.S. Gold. Today, I'm back in the game industry, leading Scattergood Studios. This is my first project back in the driver's seat, and I've teamed up with the talented indie team at Round Table Studios in Dublin. We've had a blast creating this game, and we know you'll have just as much fun playing it.

The Gauntlet is a new Game Show hosted by a notorious evil master-mind known as Bad Bat. You, one of his new contestants, must race through a multitude of lethal obstacle courses all of which have been designed with your demise in mind. If you can make it through Bad Bat’s chambers the fastest, you can leave with the Grand Prize! Your Life.


Campaign
Sprint, slide, jump and ride your way through a variety of obstacles as you experience Bad Bat’s brutal Game Show in campaign mode. Do what you need to get to the end, but just make sure that when you enter that elevator, that you are not the slowest contestant.


Speedrun Mode
Think you could have gone even faster in a particular gauntlet? Once you complete the campaign you will unlock “Speedrun Mode” in which you can tackle each Gauntlet whenever you want. Work on new routes, tackle different obstacles and work towards a new high-score!
